Scandinavia 2009
Since the time that we have wanted to discover the Nordic countries, this is the year that we are embarking on this journey.
The lack of heat and sun and especially the risk of rain has always made us postpone this destination.
At the end of the trip our fears were shown to be correct, the second part of this vacation took place under incessant rain.
Day 1:
On Friday evening we leave immediately knowing that the road ahead is long.
Departure from Lyon at 8:45 p.m., Poligny stop at 11:00 p.m.
Day 2:
Road day finally especially German highway, we left Poligny through Mulhouse and then Germany we will only leave the highway to take an evening meal break in an inn.
Day 3:
Departure 9:30 am in the day we will cross Denmark we will cross the Oresund bridge to reach Sweden we will spend our first Scandinavian night on a motorway rest area in Sweden.
Day 4:
Visit of GRANNA at the edge of the lake of Vattern visit VADSTENA direction STOCKOLM area of ​​CC Ile de Langhomen (Area close to the city center but not great for the price)

Visit of STOCKLOM arrival FALUN around 10 p.m. night in a car park
Day 6:
Visit of the FALUN copper mine passing through SUNDSVALL overnight in a parking lot in ORNSKODSVIK

Visit of the city of GAMMELSTADEN crossing the FINNISH border night in a parking lot in ROVANIEMI

Departure GONCOURT lunch at BEAUNE arrival 4:00 p.m.
We stayed for 25 nights, we spent 3 nights in the area and the rest in wild bivouacs.
A country where the bivouac poses no worries as much in the choice of the places as the safety.
Sublime landscapes despite the sometimes capricious weather.
A very high cost of living, no worries for Motorhome parking. 
Travel to be done at least in 4 weeks to take advantage of the countries crossed, in 3 weeks too short given the number of kilometers.
